Conditions and restrictions
Only those players who meet at least one element of the following list may participate:
- GMs and WGMs who compete in the 10 rounds of the of the elllobregat Open Chess 2024.
- IMs born in 1974 and earlier who play the 10 rounds of the elllobregat Open Chess 2024.
- Players with more than 2,500 ELO STANDARD points for all 10 rounds of the elllobregat Open Chess 2024.

Game room
The tournament will be held at Can Massallera, Carrer Mallorca, 30, 08830 Sant Boi de Llobregat, Barcelona. Same location as elllobregat Open Chess 2024.

Game system
Swiss System to 9 rounds.
Valid for ELO FIDE BLITZ and ELO FCE BLITZ.
Pace of play
Three (3) minutes for each player and an increment of two (2) seconds for each move made (3+2).
